Quantaflex.co.uk is currently an informational website. We do not currently operate website accounts, newsletter sign-ups, or contact forms.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. Our hosting providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, page requests, and security logs.

We use personal information only where needed to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, provide support, meet legal obligations, and administer Quantaflex services.

Quantaflex is designed around a local-first approach. Media processed locally by a Quantaflex application is not sent to us simply because you use the product, unless you choose to publish it to a connected service such as YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.

If a future feature requires cloud processing, accounts, payments, or another online service, we will explain the relevant data use when that feature is introduced.

Quantaflex apps can optionally connect to your YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram account so you can publish videos and posts you create. When you connect, you sign in directly with the platform provider; we never see your password.

• What we access: permission to upload videos or create posts on the accounts you connect, plus basic account details (such as your channel, page, or profile name) to show which account is connected.
• Where it is stored: access tokens are stored only in your Mac's Keychain. They are not sent to Quantaflex servers.
• When it is used: only when you choose to upload or post. Uploads to YouTube are set to Private by default.
• Disconnecting: use Disconnect in the app to delete the stored token and revoke access. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, in LinkedIn settings (Data privacy → Permitted services), or through the connected-app settings for TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.

Quantaflex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By uploading to YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

FlexCam can connect to your personal LinkedIn account so you can post videos you create to your feed. You sign in on LinkedIn's own page in your web browser, using "Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect" and "Share on LinkedIn". Quantaflex never sees your LinkedIn password.

• Permissions requested: openid, profile and email (your name, profile photo, email address and LinkedIn member ID), and w_member_social (permission to create posts on your behalf).
• How it is used: your name and email are shown in the app so you can see which account is connected. Your member ID identifies you as the author of posts you choose to publish. We do not read your connections, messages, feed or other posts.
• What is sent to LinkedIn: only when you choose to post: the video file, the text you write, and the visibility you choose (Anyone or Connections; the app defaults to Connections). Nothing is posted without your confirmation.
• Where it is stored: the LinkedIn access token, its expiry and your member ID are stored only in your Mac's Keychain. Your name and email are not saved. Nothing is sent to Quantaflex servers.
• How long: LinkedIn access tokens last up to 60 days, after which you are asked to connect again.
• Disconnecting: Disconnect in FlexCam revokes the token with LinkedIn and deletes it from your Keychain. You can also remove Quantaflex at any time in LinkedIn settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.

Posts you publish are handled under the LinkedIn User Agreement and the LinkedIn Privacy Policy. Quantaflex uses LinkedIn data in line with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, only to provide the features above, and never sells it or uses it for advertising.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or third-party marketing analytics on this website.

Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used to deliver and protect the site.

We do not sell personal information.

Limited technical data may be processed by service providers that operate our hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, or future payment services.

When you publish, your video and post details are sent to the platform you choose (Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram) and handled under its privacy policy.

This website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure, which may process technical data internationally subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent applies.

Where UK data-protection law applies, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
